I’ve been trying to make fitness a part of my weekly routine for years now. A friend of mine suggested FSI, and I thought I would try it.  I find that having a set workout schedule where someone is waiting for me has helped me stick with it.  I also like that Chris is low key and that he is able to find a line that pushes you to get results while taking into account your fitness level and current limitations.

While I haven’t transformed into a bodybuilder, I have definitely improved my fitness based on what I can accomplish in my workouts.  In my regular life, I feel a significant improvement.  I am a bit stronger, and I have less back pain, much more flexibility, and endurance.  Many of the niggling aches and pains of getting older have been significantly reduced.

I like that my workouts are structured yet contain some variations; the complex movements make for an efficient workout.  I like that I don’t have to think about it very much. I trust Chris to keep me moving forward.

I think FSI is a place that will help someone form a basis for a healthy lifestyle. As long as you are willing to put in the work and that you are ready to be consistent in showing up, you will be able to make progress on the fitness front. You will also be connected to resources that can help you with other aspects of a healthy lifestyle, such as nutrition.
