I love the classes and the variety that they offer -we don’t seem to do the same things two sessions in a row.
I train at FSI as a great way to condition for tennis and stay in shape all year round. There is always a positive attitude, which is a great motivator to push me to get the most out of my workout.
I began training at Fitness Solutions, my freshman year of high school with my older sister Apsara to help my swimming. She’s currently swimming at Ball State. Improvements I have seen are that my walls and underwaters have significantly improved as well as the power of my kick when sprinting.
We have a couple of hardnosed members that typically stay in the shadows. We’re bringing them out – front and center!
We present OSCAR AND FELIX!
FSI is a crazy, fun, challenging “gym” with talented, creative, knowledgeable staff that definitely get results. Since you either workout in a small class or with a personal trainer, you are assured of doing the specific exercises in the correct form.
I had known Chris since the mid-1990s when we both worked for Union Hospital. Beginning then, and continuing to this day, I have always been impressed with the knowledgeable and evidence-based approach he brings to fitness and training.
I retired as a wrestling coach in 2017. After this, I was looking for a way to stay physically active. My wife had been going to Fitness Solutions for several months at the time. She invited me to go to a class. I have been hooked ever since.
I train at FSI because I love the fact that no two days are ever the same. I need to have variety when it comes to training, and I’ve found that with FSI. I love the classes and the camaraderie that is shared with the workouts.
We train at FSI because we love the atmosphere and Chris as a trainer. He pushes us to do our best and makes working out fun and challenging. Michaels loves to lift weights, and he sees Chris as a mentor.
I train at FSI to get and feel healthy. Also, it is in a great location. I like the people that I have met in the years since I started. Overall, I feel much better, and I am definitely stronger and healthier. My back does not hurt all of the time like it used to. My balance is much better, and I can jog a lot more than I could before. Not to mention, my Cornhole and Jenga game has improved, too! LOL 😊
I train at FSI because I enjoy working out, and the workouts at FSI are always challenging. Chris changes up the workouts by making a game-type setting out of some. The workouts are enjoyable, and even though I continue to challenge myself to meet personal goals, the gym and all the people in it are positive influences in me meeting my fitness goals.
I’ve been trying to make fitness a part of my weekly routine for years now. A friend of mine suggested FSI, and I thought I would try it. I find that having a set workout schedule where someone is waiting for me has helped me stick with it. I also like that Chris is low key and that he is able to find a line that pushes you to get results while taking into account your fitness level and current limitations.
I needed to get back to strength training, but I’ve had issues with my neck and upper back for years. That made me apprehensive about doing it on my own. To help those issues be corrected, strength training was part of the answer. I wanted guidance, so I didn’t make my situation worse.
I enjoy working out with others and find the motivation from them that they are working just as hard to achieve their best/goals. From the first day I joined, I have felt welcomed as FSI. Chris is a wealth of knowledge and pushes me to give it my all!!! He is patient with me and ensures that I am completing the movements correctly as to not injure myself.
