Chris Davies, M.S.

My name is Chris Davies and I kill people. Not really, but that is what my clients tell me.

I help busy people from all walks of life make the most of their fitness training through efficient, effective movements that get you more fit in less time. 

My clients can take their first running steps and train to finish a 5K race. Others have finished ultra marathons and Ironman Triathlons. 

But it's not all about running, many have lost weight and improved their strength and mobility. While many seniors have found new energy, stamina, and have become more independent and active grandparents.

I couple my Master's Degree in Adult Fitness, an American Council on Exercise Personal Training, and REVO2LUTION RUNNING Master Trainer Certifications to give you the best workout in the most efficient way possible. You say you don't have much time? No problem. My 24 years of deep fitness experience has you covered.

Ivory Wilcox

Ivory holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Sports Studies from Indiana State. He holds multiple certifications including; Yoga Fit, Silver Sneakers Classic, Silver Sneakers Yoga, Spinning Star Level 3, American Red Cross CPR/AED. He has been personally training for 12 years. Ivory has been a National Level Physique competitor.

He believes the human body is like a car, give it the right fuel, and proper maintenance and it will function properly for a long time. There is no special exercise routine or diet that is a quick fix for weight loss –only modifying your diet and consistent exercise is the key. Ivory believes finding motivation to exercise is the defining factor that prevents one from achieving their goals. Once you make the decision to change your life, Ivory will help educate and motivate you with achieving your goals.

Shelley Klingerman
Hi there, I’m Shelley Klingerman. I have been instructing group fitness classes and doing personal training for over 20 years.
I truly enjoy teaching for a couple of reasons. First, and I’m not going to lie, teaching keeps me committed. I use my classes and clients for motivation just like my clients use class and training sessions as a commitment.
I have had the true pleasure of watching individuals transform themselves and find their true capital “S” Self. Working with others is what keeps me engaged in health and wellness. As I get older, I have an absolute appreciation for good health; both mental and physical.

I have been ACE certified and currently hold various yoga certifications including: concentrations in depression, trauma, PSTD, restoration and addictions.

Though I still instruct a variety of classes, you can be sure there will be an element or two of yoga weaved throughout! I look forward to seeing you in class.
